Start 11 Not Compatible With Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview?

Just installed Start 11 v.095 in Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview.  When I launch Start 11 I get an error message:

"This app can't run on this device.

"Stardock Start 10

"This app can't run because it causes security or performance issues on Windows.  A new version may be available. Check with your software provider for an updated version that runs on this version of Windows."

Not sure why the error message says "Start 10."  I can see the "About" info when the program launches (behind the error message window) and it shows "Start 11" v.095 as indicated above.

Suggestions?

The message is incorrect (Microsoft!)

Are you by any chance using an ARM based CPU rather than Intel/AMD?

Those CPUs are not supported by Start11 at this point.  We only support normal AMD/Intel CPUs.

That said we continue to investigate the viability of ARM support after we release 1.0.

Yes, as I am running Windows 11 in Parallels Desktop on an M1 MacBook Pro.  Parallels 17 presently only emulates ARM CPUs, if I understand correctly.
