File name too blurred to read

I have created a folder portal on the desktop, but the file names are so blurred that I can't read them

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know if you're using Fences 3.13? And you have HDR enable? If yes on both. Please disable HDR and see if the issue resolved.
