Fences 3.13 crashes windows

Hi,
When I "jump to desktop" either via Win+D or by clicking the bottom right corner of the taskbar, Fences crashes and in turn crashes/locks up Windows - it is still possible to use Ctrl+Alt+Del to select restart or shut down, but it is not possible to open the task manager.
It is only jumping to desktop that causes the issue. Visually my desktop blinks and all my fences disappear, however icons stay in place if they are not part of a "folder fence".
This is my work PC so I'm running on a fairly restricted system. I am on the following build:
Edition: Windows 10 Enterprise
Version: 21H1
OS build: 19043.1237
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0
I am running dual monitors with 100% scaling at 2560x1440p through a Dell W19 dock. I am running discreet graphics only (Quadro T1000).
Fences has been working great up until a week ago when I got the latest company issued update of Windows 10.
