[Suggestion/discussion] Show thumbnails of addable windows when clicking + icon

A suggestion for discussion. I think it will be good if we can have an overview/thumbnails of addable windows when we click "+" at the top. A similar thumbnail view to when we press Windows + tab, or like how we see thumbnails when we snap a window to the right/left of the window.
