Issues with Excel and Outlook not grouping windows

I have Outlook open, but when I click on New Email it opens the window, but doesn't group it with the original window. The same thing happens with Excel. This also occurs when I open a spreadsheet from either explorer or Chrome. I do open .xlsx, .xls, and .csv all with Excel. Not sure if this is part of the issue or not. I have noticed that if I do open a .csv file and group it manually, the subsequent .csv files tend to group together. I have "Automatically group Excel/Outlook.exe windows together" checked. For reference I'm using Windows 11 (22000.258) and the latest version of Groupy.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

I was not able to reproduce what you are seeing, this is a test with each app:

You might want to do an uninstall, removing the 'Settings' when asked during it, reboot \ reinstall, and try again.

First, thank you for getting back to me. I followed along with the video provided and did the uninstall/reinstall. Still not always working.

I've linked to a screen record of me opening a .csv file from Chrome. The .csv file opens up an Excel worksheet, but it's not grouped with the others. I have tried holding down CTRL when I click to open the .csv file and will sometimes group it with the others.
