Does Start 11 modify Win Registry files ? have small glitch leftover it seems after uninstalling

I installed Start 11, but uninstalled after seeing the beta state it's in.... and now I have a small glitch where within the Start menu I have to click the Power Icon 2 times in order for it to pop up with the Sleep /  Shutdown / Restart options.

 

This only started happening after I uninstalled Start 11

Sorry to hear you are having issue. You can do the purge part of this guide to remove all Start11 : https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling. Do report back if you still have issue.
