Fences create fence pop up won't go away without reboot

So I'm on Windows 10 and sometimes, infrequently, THIS will show up on the desk top. (The Create Fence from these Icons popup) I can click it and it will create an empty fence, but no matter where I click with any mouse button, it will not go away until I reboot. Probably logging off would work too. I don't really need a solution, but wanted to bring it to the teams attention.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
