Keyboard issue v0.90

Start11 + Version 0.90 + 'Windows 7 style' or 'Modern style'

On my keyboard, when I press Start button followed by the Down arrow key, this doesn't work. However if I press the Start button followed by the Up arrow key, it does work.

Go to the top item like Start10 and Windows 7 does.
