Dear I was an R&D center leader and I know very well software business & development, I really think that you are not in a good way. Can you please tell me what is the "End of Support" date for Version 3 ? I understand when you commercially launch version 4 you do not sell version3 anymore(End of Sales) but stopping bug fixing of previous version is not something correct for software business your older branch has to continue until your predefined EOS date. According to me your case is worst than this situation: Windows HDR function is there since very longtime I think this bug exists since long time, I informed you on 11th October 2021 (please check this thread older conversations above) your support member answers it on 12th October in a good way but now you tell me that it will not be solved ... At least more than 2 months you knew this bug and do nothing but just wait , fix it in new version. I suggest you to consider revising your support and maintenance system.

I understand your frustration but Fences did not change to see that HDR issue, Windows did. At some point, a development decision needed to be made to continue to update Fences 3 or forge ahead with all resources invested in Fences 4 - such choices all developers are faced with.
That said, if you install Fences 4 (you can use the trial if you like), do you still see the issue?
