Hover over taskbar and use scroll wheel to change volume

Please add the ability to change system volume by hovering over the taskbar and using the scroll wheel. It's a feature that taskbar tweaker used to have on windows 10 but i have upgraded to windows 11 and I desperately need this feature back in my life. Hope I posted this in the right place. Thank you!
