Trying to upgrade...

Trying to upgrade to KVM Pro so I can access one computer from two different computer, but when I've attempted to pay for it, it stated an error issues. I've send off a email support, but have not receive any respond. It been a week since the first email and nearly 48 hours since the 2nd one.

I have send it in already? It should be under my username or email. I've waited but have yet not received any response. I'll try calling on monday.
