Start menu not working at all - frozen empty taskbar

Hi,

I have no luck with the Start menu product. After installation the original start menu icon disappeared and the whole task bar was frozen (unclickable). After rebooting - same thing, but no icons were displayed on taskbar. Had to crash Start11 through Task Manager and then uninstall.

How many monitors do you have and is your start button aligned left or centre?
