The 'For Business' products get SLA email support, deployment help (scripting), access to more tools for client management, and the ability to add more concurrent activations to a single key.

I purchased two business licenses. I sent an email asking how do I get support. I got back a six-paragraph reply telling me to post my question in the forum. Then I posted my question in the forum. Now I have to repost the question in another portal? Why is this simple question so difficult for anyone to answer? HOW DO I GET SUPPORT UNDER THE BUSINESS LICENSE?
While the forums are always the best choice, in the email you received when purchasing the business product, you would have been given a link to place tickets directly:
