Start11 Per-Monitor Item Allocation

There's an option called "Allocate room for at least" under Start Menu, Configure. I'd like to see that be able to be controlled on a per-monitor basis. I have one smaller monitor and one larger monitor. I'd obviously like to have more items on that larger monitor than the smaller monitor.
