Restoring snapshot of one user to another user

I've got a Win 10 machine with two users on it, User A has a nice layout for fences and I wanted to use it on User B. On User B I can see Users A snapshot and I check it to restore it to User B profile, but it never works. I've also tried the RegEdit what of doing this and I never can get the snapshot of User A to be the same as User B. Ideas?
