Roll Up (From To Of Menu Bar Instead of Bottom)

I created a fence with a lot of icons in it and moved to the bottom of desktop above my Windows taskbar. At first when I would hover my mouse over the title bar the icons would roll up from that position instead of rolling down such as for Fences I have at the top of my desktop. Suddenly, it's no longer doing that. It's expanding down, but since it's at the bottom of my desktop I can't see what's in it. What's the trick to make it expand up again?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You might need to reset it position. Try this, while it is roll down. Click and drag at the Fence titlebar. Drag it until the bottom of the Fence barely touching to taskbar. Release it there and see if it roll up. Might need to try it couple of times. If you still fail to do it. Try take a video of your issue and post it here.

Thank you. That worked. I was focusing on moving the title bar to line up at the bottom of the desktop. Lining up the bottom of the Fence while it was open put the behavior back to the way I wanted it. Thanks again.
