Looking for skilled graphics designer

I apologize in advance if this does not belong on this board, but I ended up here in a search for a skilled graphics designer that would
be willing help me out with a project. Basically i'm looking for someone
who can redesign an existing (and quite large website) -- The money will be very good for relatively little work -- all that is needed is really
a graphics/logo thing around 650x100, some styles, and some borders for the different areas of the website. So some css/html is also required

I just thought i'd add that the site is related to a specific branch of motorsports and the "coolness"-factor of the graphics is very important, just so that it has been said in case people are wondering....
