I want to upload something but I am not sure I can...

I made this windowblind skin:



But I am using a image off of the Destiny's child website in the Start Panel (an image that was made for the cover of her current album Dangerously In Love)

I really, really want to upload it here, but I am not sure about the policies on using images that are freely given to fans (like me!!!) to have and use.

Is this form of image usage ok?

That image would be copyrighted to the photographer....get his/her permission and it'd be OK....

my guess is yes from what has been uploaded in the past.
(i´d rather look at this than on what is being said ... those are two different things.)

not sure why the skin should need this image though.

I just liked it... seemed to fit in the XP panel...

I think what I will do is just take the picture out. The other parts of the skin don't have any picutres. Your right moshi.

in the mean time I'll see about contacting these guys.
(I'm telling you, everytime I do that I get wierd return emails saying 'what's the problem, just do it' type attitudes. I wish more people knew or at least discussed IP issues more)
