Unable to creat a new fence

Ive been using fences for a few days now with little to no problems (couple of teething issues to start but all sorted now) however today i have tried to create a new fence to put my adobe producs in and i drag a box on the desktop and nothing happens i dont get the "create new fence" tag - ive rebooted my machine and still nothing. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Make sure you have not accidentally lock your Fences. If you do, please unlock and try again. Refer to screenshot below.
