Cntrl Press 3 Time for Key broadcasting

Pressing Control 3 times enables Keyboard broadcasting and it works fine, but if possible, maybe a few changes could make it better

1) On optional On Server (and maybe Client) Display Indication the Key Broadcast mode is enabled

2) A way to Opt-in or Opt-out clients from keyboard broadcasting

3) A time-out (1 to 60sec, OFF) that the Keyboard broadcasting mode will automatically revert to normal mode after the client stops typing.

4) Add Random Jitter (20 to 50 Ms) to each key press, just for fun (/em wink)

Thanks, And the Jitter needs to be Client side, so all Clients can have there particular Jitter Range. While all keys could use a jitter, in many cases its the {ENTER} key that a "predictable random" delay is needed the most. FYI broadcasting with no jitter is asking for a account ban.
