(1) there is a paste error in the link, but even after fixing that ...
(2) the question was not how to disable Fences, but how to stop it from asking to update. For me, it asks after every reboot.

Need you to try this One more time Do the update then
IMMEDIATELY reboot and let us know if it still prompts for them.
