restore last snapshot after resolution change

I would find it very practical if a restore of the last snapshot would be possible automatically after every resolution change! Many games do not run in 4k resolution in proper frame rate. Therefore, whenever e.g. from Full HD to 4K by hand again a restore must be made. Or is there perhaps a way how this can be done? Automaticliy?
