Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am not really sure on "Code 145", but you can try to download directly from your account and install from it. : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Ok, I was simply trying to install an update to Fences 3 which I have installed already.  The error that is generating states that could not open the uninstall executable for writing: Encountered a sharing violation while accessing path where uninstall file is located.

It is encourage for client to download and install product from your account directly when there are issues with Object Desktop manager not getting it done.
