Visual bug (flickering scrollbars) on unfolding fences

Visual bug. If I choose hide Fence and then hover over it, and folder containg a lot files/folders inside it, it's always flickering with scrolbars even before it will unfold/expend. Here is how it looks like: https://i.imgur.com/CNIkHOM.gif

I'm not sure.. but sometimes (only when I'm recording it) it behave as should. But all other times always at first appeares scrollbars.

version 3.0.9.11
win 10 pro 64-bit / 2 displays
