Man, I don't know anybody in that top 25 list.   BUt I know Ross from Friends though, and I don't quite understand why he's not liked. Sure he's a little bit of a moron, but hated?

My few top hated:
- Judge Judy
- Mimi from the Drew Carrey Show
- Howard Stern (OK, he's more radio but he did a bit of tv)
- Ozzy Osbourne (I don't mind him as a performer, but really hate him as a tv character)

There's probably more, but out of the top of my head, these are the most annoying ones to me.

For me "maybe against popular belief" the whole cast of Seinfeld except for maybe Kramer. That show just drives me right out of my mind.

Sally Struthers is on my list for sure. Bob Saget is/was the most annoying - obviously convinced he was funny.
