I don't know who are my least favorite TV characters on the shows I like. I think even ones I dislike kind of help make the show what it is (i.e. Ross on Friends and Frasier on Frasier). However, if reality-TV individuals can be considered TV characters, then they definitely are! They truly make me hate civilization!

Star Jones from "the View".  She's so full of herself and is always
bashing on men.  I think she once said something like "I am the author of
the only dictionary that defines me" or some crap like that. (Oh, wait, they define her "being full of herself" as "confidence"....my bad...NOT!)

Most of the characters on that list are usually the main reasons for watching those shows. I'm not too sure what the rationale is behind the list, or the logic in the choices. One that particularly stood out was Frasier. Surely if he's hated that much, nobody would watch the show...?

Everyone on Seventh Heaven and everyone on Will & Grace are annoying.

The Wiggles from The Wiggles are both annoying and creepy. Captain Feather Sword and his feather sword he tickles people with is annoying.

How about the live action version of The Flinstones. I saw there was another Flinstones movie on the Sci-Fi channel but none of the original big stars such as John Goodman was in it. I liked live action Flinstones better when they were in black and white and were called The Honeymooners.

I especially hate the people behind it all. Television executives, producers, directors, camera operators, sound technicians, etc......

Oh, and definitely Zworykin who is usually credited as being the father of modern television by making that damn electron scanning tube, the iconoscope.
