IMpossible to activate my product

Hello,

I have a email adress for my serial key.
But the site tells me the key is associated with another adress.

everything is linked to my Hotmail adress and fence tells me that it cannot link fence to my adress.

I am lost.
Can stardock provide some support ? What can i do. I have checked everything :(

I already did this,

my product key was sent on my hotmail adress : this hotmail adress isn't recognised as the adress associated with my key.

You link does not find my Email Even if the key was sent on that mail. I don't get it ... I activated without any problem on my previous machine .

Any idea?

It might be because you will need to deactivate your old activation before you activate a new one. Please follow this guide to deactivate old activation : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct. Try that and report back if you still need our assistance.

Thank you for your support !

I do not have acces to this machine as i left my former job and didn't know i needed to do so.

I did use Guest Checkout and the licence key isn't activated on the adress wich i bought the product with.
I got a key on the check out email received on this very adresse . But no account and cannot linked the key to the account I created just now.

Can't believe this is not working.

Is it possible to send you this e-mail to prove my good will ?

Finaly find my answer :

to help future likewise demand :

The adress the account was register with is available somewhere in the profile (you can download a file xls)

And the adresse was wrong so i got an account registered with an adresse that doesn't exist . Still the activation worked putting it
