Folder Portal Problem (Latest Update 3.1.0.5)

Folder portals show empty until manual refresh

Fences V 3.1.0.5 | Windows 7 x64

Following update to 3.1.0.5 everything seemed to be working as before - except - When you open any Folder Portals which are rolled up, they unroll and appear empty.

To see the contents you have to right click and manually refresh the view.

This happens every time you unroll the fence - blank!

Hello,

Thanks for your quick response. I tried the v3.12 Beta version. (Same issues - no change).

I've gone back to v3.09.11 (folder portals again working and rendering properly).

Please let me know when you have fixed this issue with the latest update.

Thanks,

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you reinstall and it did not work. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here:  https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling. Just make sure to re-download the latest version (3.12 Beta) from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products . Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Also need to know :

  1. If the portal Fences is link to Folders in Local Drive or Network/Cloud drive?
  2. Windows 7 version.

Thank you,
