Deskscapes will not display properly in Deskscapes 11 Beta

Hi Just upgraded my Deskscapes 10 to Beta Deskscapes 11 Some pictures & animations will not display properly. There are two identical pictures or animations side by side ,but only about a third is showing the rest is black. I think the problem lies with the fact the single monitor button is greyed out & I only have one monitor but the duel monitor button is visible. I have to click on the duel monitor button to get my wallpaper Deskscape. Some of the animations are fine,but some will just not display properly. I have uninstalled the programme & reinstalled but the same problem persists. Can you fix it for me please ...janner1952

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

Windows version.
Monitors setup. Resolution, scaling applied.
Do you have something like Nvidia Surround Configured etc.
A video capture on your monitors might help us understand the issue better.

Reboot and ReInstall the latest Beta version from your account https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products/

Hi everyone can anyone tell me before I purchase the new DeskScapes 11 Beta if it only works on Windows 10. I have Windows 8.1. Many thanks thanks for the help.

Generic Monitor is a Sony 55" 4K UHD Television

Aspect Ratio applied

No NVidia Surround Sound configured
