Fences 3.1.0.5 much slower to start on Windows 10

Hello,

I just updated to Fences version 3.1.0.5, and the startup time is much longer,  It is the last program to start.

I noticed that Fences has two startup settings in the registry.  One setting is in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and another in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.  This seems redundant.

I am running Windows 10 Pro 64bit version 21H1 build 19043.1110.

Your help is appreciated.

I uninstalled the update, ran the purge batch file, and reinstalled version 3.0.9.11.  The startup time is still very slow, and I cannot delete new Fences that I create.

Please help.
