Switch to Primary

Just installed on two new computers, and neither will allow me to switch to primary.  I flip the switch, say yes and it never changes.

Something is stopping the activation or you copied an old activation file thinking that would work (it wont).

If you have a sig file here, delete it and try again:

C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Multiplicity

Ran the BAT file, rebooted and reinstalled after re downloading.  When it installs and asks if I want to be primary I select primary.  Nothing happens, then select to configure from the system tray and then it asks if I want to switch to secondary.  Same problem.

Does either PC have Windows Controlled Folder Access on?  If so, turn it off and try again...
