Cannot connect to

Hello, I have experienced this strange issue with an user PC that refuses to connect  through the internet. We are running MP 3.57

Whether we run KVM or seamless we are always getting the same error of "unable to connect either blocker through Firewall, offline, configured as primary, or has KVM mode disabled" Even though i have no issue connecting to very same PC through TeamViewer or ping it

Even if we make it an primary and try to connect to any pc from it.

I tried to go through the Connect 101 page. 

I tried reboot computer, flush DNS, restart multiplicity processes 

We have an similar PC and we have been successful in making connection through the same network and i have been unable to replicate the issue we experience. Its connected through wire

Well, the first issue would be that MP will not connect 'through the internet' - not unless they (both Primary and Secondary) are on a shared subnet (VPN).

Hi, I managed to resolve the problem.

We weren´t passing through the internet, seems that we had an VPN connection that didn´t have the subnet of the pc added to its route due to an mislabeling of route. which we thought weren´t an issue since i was able to connect to an similar pc nearby. 

 

This case can be closed
