Active Tab Coloring

When sharing on Teams, Microsoft puts a red box around the monitor that's sharing. It covers the line that signifies the active tab making it difficult to know "which" tab you are on. Can we add a feature that colors the whole tab? I've tried toggling all the settings and haven't figured out if it is possible.
