Saved Groups

When I open Saved groups, it opens as Ungrouped.

I don't understand why.
And how do I solve this issue?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know what files that you're trying to group in Groupy. Some applications are not compatible with Groupy.

The issue persists regardless of the application used.

Slack, Workplace chat, and Chrome - Save it

Open it = and it is ungrouped.


Groupy is becoming ungroupy

Could we connect via screen share and I can show what the problem is?

Please try grouping MS Office documents, ie Excel, Word documents and save it and open it again, does it still open, ungroup? Or try group a couple of Windows explorer.
