No problem. Its hard to believe that he claims to have a wife and kids and was acting like that. I kinda feel sorry for his family.

I doubt there was much truth in anything he said........... the BBB can't shut down sites, all they could do is arbitrate a dispute, and do we really believe they would answer the phone or email on a Sunday?

I doubt that the BBB or any other organization like it would lend themselves to be used as tool to bully a site like this into displaying anything. And as far as any check with BBB goes, though I haven't ever checked, I am sure from my experience that any reports they have are all positive.

I remember from an erlier episode that the exile process does take a little time. Maybe the cookie needs some time to bake and refresh.

I would like to see his letter to the BBB.  Of course, if people really thought about it, what can the BBB do?  Not much.  They can log complaints and keep a database in case anyone asks.  What you should really report it to is the Attorney General.  Of course, they really don't care to hear anything from you unless you actually did *business* with a company.  Business involves the exchange of goods or services for money.  If no money was exchanged, no business is involved so they don't care (can't file a *loss* on something that is free and voluntary)  Anyway, I'm probably thinking that the attorney general would get a good chuckle out of this one.  (Stardock has been in business for over 10 years, btw.....)  It would go something like this:

Yeah, like this website rejected this logon that I made for a free logon program, and when I asked why...well, they answered me......... they are a fraud and should be shut down......
