secondary computer loads onto screen, but will not react to mouse and keyboard

I am using the trial version of multiplicity with windows7. everything worked fine for the first three days. then, all of a sudden, the secondary computer does not react to the mouse or to the keyboard! any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
