Says connected to secondary computer but password is incorrect.

I've entered the Secondary computer ID and password exactly as shown, but when attempting to connect from the primary it says the password is incorrect. What am I missing?

Rebooting seemed to do the trick, Thanks! Very interesting program - can't decide if it's better than the Physical KVM hooked up currently....but very cool!
