How do I disable windows 10 lock screen when I am using start 10

Tried many ways with on line suggestions but failed

When I start windows 10 a picture comes up (lock screen??)

I click on it and then I get to login page

I log in and then my desktop background pic comes up

so when I start the computer I would like to go directly to the login sceen

Can you help me with that
