Start10 - editing start menu with Win10-style

Hi,

I’ve just purchased Start10 as I want to be able to edit my start menu (namely, delete the alphabetic headings, and move/delete/group/etc each shortcut) but don’t seem to be able to do this whilst maintaining the Windows 10 look? (I want to keep “all programs” on the left, and shortcut tiles on the right). Is this possible at all please?

Would prefer not to use "modern style" as I want to maintain Windows 10 familiarity (I use a lot of other Win 10 machines for work).
