I clicked on my start button and the Windows 10 start menu starts up. How do I get my Windows 7 menu back. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You should be able to open up Start10 Configuration panel via Window10 start menu -> Startdock->Start10.
From there check if you have select "Windows 7 Style" on "Which style of Start menu would you prefer?" and on "Control" section.
What should happen when you are on the desktop part , select "Start button shows Start menu" on the first drop down menu option.

I did all of that, but Windows 10 menu comes up when I click the start icon.
Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
