Migrate settings to new computer

I am shortly to be configuring a new computer and pensioning off my old PC. I want the new PC to have exactly the same Start 10 appearance as the old one so I would like to ask if there is a way to migrate the settings from old to new. For example, could I copy a folder or folders where the settings are stored and drop them on to the new PC?
