Problems with moving mouse

Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me with this issue, I have loaded the payed multiplicity on my both PCs setup the primary and secondary in seamless.

The issue I have when moving the mouse from the primary going left to the secondary that I have to keep moving the mouse swiping left for about 3 times swipe befor the mouse arrow appears on the other monitor.

I have both monitors the same make and models, I was hoping that when i move my pointer left from the primary to the edge it would appear immediatley on the secondary but this doesnt happen.

It does show on the top of my primary that now controlling the other PC but no pointer until I swipe over the secondary monitor a few times then it appears.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I have tried this still not working, as I mentioned before the mouse pointer does move over to the secondary PC only i need to swipe the mouse across about 3-4 times before the mouse appears, also when moving back from secondary to the primary screen.

How many monitors do both computers think they have as it sounds like the mouse has moved onto an enabled but not visible to you monitor.

Display settings should show that on each computer.

Think youve hit this on the head Neil, my secondary monitor shows 4 although only got 1 on at the moment

Yip that was the issue thanks very much Neil first class, in the process of building a flight simulator and will have multiple displays that was my reason for buying this software.
