Process MultiPLV64.exe >1 Million Handles

I have tried rebooting but after awhile the process MultiPLV64.exe handler count keeps climbing.

What are you doing at the time and is it a Seamless or KVM connection?

Also, has this always been the case or is this a new issue?

I think this has started since the new update. I haven't been able to exactly pinpoint what is doing but I think it happens when I am connected to the secondary PC with KVM mode and both computers lock. I forgot to mention in my first post but this is happening on the secondary pc. I do have the secondary pc setup in both modes.
