Not working properly with Skype for Business

Hi, 

while i like Groupy I found it has issues with Skype for Business.

I normally use Skype in a double monitor setup and leave the app displayed in a part of one monitor, in the most right.

Well, every time I open a new contact chat the layout of the app gests changed and it is quite annoying.

Is there a fix for such a behaviour.
