My sister being the download king of anything that has to do with IM's downloaded the Z100 IM client that apparently has a browser as well (running using MS EI in the background)

And guess what the 'browser' has? always on top button!!!

The skin looks nice. sort of like The Skins Factory T3 skin color.

since we are on the subject of chatting (and the fact that I don't want to start another thread) what IRC program should I download so I can talk to people (like wincusto) or is that part of the WinCustoBroswer ability aready?
