Not working on Opera

Hello,

Groupy is working and running fine with most of my programs except for Opera. I can group my chrome with any other type of software and other software among themselves. Literally, Opera is the only app not having any reaction when I drag it and hover it over other programs. I can't find another person having this issue on and off of this site. 

I'm running Windows 10 with Opera 73.0.3856.344

Could someone please help?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can group Opera without issues with itself or others programs. I am running Vanilla Opera without any extension or add-on. Please look into conflict between Groupy with any Opera add-ons/extensions. Also, need information on your system.

  1. Windows full version numbers.
  2. Groupy version numbers.

Hi,

Thanks for the response. I'm on Windows 10 Pro 2004 with OS build 19041.746. My Groupy version number is version 1.46. I've just downloaded a few days ago and am still on the trial version. 

You've mentioned there are possible conflicts with my Opera extensions and Groupy. Could you help to direct where to check for the compatibility for that?

Hello,

You can try disabling those extensions and retest it. Extension disable steps can be found on the net such as this one : https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001411.htm . It also known that browsers run without extension on "private mode". You can try that too.
