Can connect to all of my secondary computers but recently 3 of them will not allow the mouse to move over to them. I have reloaded one of the trouble PC's with a new windows 10 mode and and multiplicity. Multiplicty will connect but again, cannot move mouse to that screen.

The issues appears that I cannot have more than 9 secondary PC's connected to my primary. Until a few days ago I had 13 connected. Is this a licensing issue?

I have verified that the issue is with having more than 9 secondary computers. If i add a 10th computer only 9 of the 10 will work. Once i remove a computer then the remaining 9 will work. This is an issue that occurred after i reloaded all of my 13 pc's.
It appears that I can connect to more than 9 computers, but i can only add 9 to the grid in seamless mode
I am also experiencing this behavior. Given the software supported more than 9 with no issues, it appears this was an arbitrary restriction to bring the product in line with its listed feature spec.
Are there any plans to offer continued support for >9 secondary's?
