Mouse hangs at the top of the bottom screen.

Hi,

my slave computer is at the bottom of the master computer. The mouse passes successfully from the master computer to the slave computer. But switching the mouse from the slave computer to the master computer has the small flaw of leaving the mouse cursor at the top of the slave screen.

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

That is 'working as designed'.  While the cursor will disappear when you transition from the Primary to a Secondary, the reverse it not true. One may have a need to use the Secondary if it has peripherals attached.

Oops, I thought I saw the mouse disappear when the slave screen was to the left or top of the master screen. But after checking it is still there. Except that it is so discreet that we do not notice it.

That is in said, it does not have the means to position the cursor outside the slave screen. Thus it would no longer be visible in the slave screen, but still available if necessary for another mouse connected to the computer.

Thank you for your support.

Hello, I would like to point out to you that Input Director makes the mouse cursor disappear from the screen of the slave computer. Then, it reappears when using a mouse on the slave computer. I suspect they are using the software on the slave computer to detect mouse movements to redisplay it.

In your place, I will consider removing the screen cursor from the slave computer. Even if it is only an aesthetic effect.

Thank you in advance for giving me news on cursor management on the slave computer.
