When I press Control + Tab or Control + Shift + Tab in a group, I can only cycle between 2 tabs.

Typically; I'll have 4 excel sheets and a one note grouped. I would like to be able to cycle through all tabs in a group using the keyboard.

How do I accomplish this? What am I missing?
