Flickering Microsoft office windows when Groupy turn on

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

We were able to repro this a bit but not nearly as drastic as yours (and we don't know why).

If you add a second Word instance to a 1st one, so you have two in a group, does it happen then too?

when it has two in the group, there's no flickering anymore but the tab bar animation is not so smooth as the tab bar appears earlier than the window while reopening Microsoft Word.

This looks to be very similar to what I reported at https://forums.stardock.com/502589/get;3794596. The difference for me is that the jumping is across multiple monitors. I hope you folks figure out a fix very soon. I had to stop using Groupy because of this.
